Immunizations and School Physicals

1. Pre-K, Kindergarten, and all New students registering for the 2026-2027 school year will need a school physical that is signed by both parent and physician. Please make sure your school health forms are filled out in their entirety, and each student has an emergency contact that has updated information.  Any physicals received must be dated 08/24/2025 or later to be considered valid. Please contact our Registrar if you have any questions or concerns.
2. PWCS follows the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) for guidance on children's immunization schedules. There are no changes to our required immunizations to attend our schools. Please refer to the PWCS Student Health Services for further guidance.
3. Immunization clinics are offered throughout our area to assist those in need! Please visit the PWCS Immunization Clinic page to see which clinics are available and receive the most up-to-date information.
