Back-to-School Nights Are Almost Here!

We are excited to welcome families into our classrooms for Henderson's Back-to-School Nights! These special evenings provide an opportunity to learn about classroom routines, curriculum, expectations, and the exciting learning experiences planned for the year ahead.

To ensure adequate space in classrooms and provide the best experience for everyone, teachers will send a sign-up form and families should attend the session for which they register. Two sessions are being offered each evening to accommodate family schedules.

We look forward to partnering with you for another outstanding year of learning, growth, and success at Henderson Elementary. Together, we will make this a year filled with a P.A.C.K. of Possibilities!

Preschool, Kindergarten & Grade 1

Monday, September 28  Session 1: 5:30 p.m. or Session 2: 6:30 p.m.

Our Grade 1 students will help lead portions of the evening, giving families a special glimpse into their learning and classroom community!

Please note: Preschool and Kindergarten Back-to-School Nights are designed for parents and guardians only. Children should not attend these sessions.

Grades 2 & 3

Tuesday, September 29 Session 1: 6:15 p.m. or Session 2: 7:15 p.m.

Students are invited to join their families and help showcase their classrooms, learning goals, and exciting work from the start of the school year.

 Grades 4 & 5

Wednesday, September 30  Session 1: 6:15 p.m. or Session 2: 7:15 p.m.

Join us to learn about grade-level expectations, upcoming projects, ways to support learning at home, and the many opportunities available for our upper-grade students this year.
