Henderson Elementary School is pleased to provide our Husky Community with an opportunity to pay school fees and purchase items through a PWCS secure online payment system. 

The following fees and items can now be purchased using a VISA, VISA Debit, Mastercard, or Mastercard Debit with no credit card fees.

  • Instrumental Rental
  • Tuition  (Summer School)
  • Field Trip Fees
  • Technology Fees
  • Activity Fees
  • Library Fines

Directions for Sign-Up


Create an Account

  • Click on Create Account
  • Sign-up with your First Name, Last Name, and E-mail address
  • Choose a Password and Confirm your Password
  • Click on the Next button

Add Students to your Account

  • Click on the Add Students button
    • To add students to your parent account, you will need your child's Student ID number and  Last Name
  • Click on the Add Student button
    • The student should appear under the Linked Account window if they have been successfully added to your account
  • Repeat for each child
  • Click the Done button when complete

Staff/Guest Sign Up

  • If you are a staff member, click on Staff Sign-Up button and create a Staff Account. This will give you visibility to any staff forms available
  • If you are purchasing General Public tickets, complete the Guest Sign-Up. For example you will use this method to purchase tickets for events like Hylton Planetarium

Summary Page

  • If you have more than one student attached to your parent account, you will be brought to a summary landing page.
  • On the summary page, you can see all of the children attached to your account.
  • Click on an individual student tab to view their fees, complete online forms, and make an online payment.

Individual Student Account

  • If you only have one student attached to your parent account, you will immediately be brought to their individual student account.
  • Here you can view their fees and add optional items to your cart.
  • When ready, you click the shopping cart icon in the top right-corner to check out and make your online payment.

Make Payment Online

  • When you are done reviewing your student(s) account balance, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner to check out.
  • Parents can make a single payment that covers multiple children and their assigned fees and optional add ons at different schools across the district.
  • Parents can make partial payments if you cannot make the full payment at this time.
