Hello Kindergarten Families,

We hope that you will join us in July for Henderson's Kindergarten Connections.   We are excited to use this time as a chance to help our students and families get comfortable with our school environment and the Kindergarten Team.   Your child will spend about 15 minutes one on one with a member of the Kindergarten Team, working through some basic skills and just getting to know them.   We will have time slots for screening on Wednesday, July 30th and Thursday, July 31st.   Pick one slot for your child and register using your student's name.   Please keep in mind that there is no expectation for the students to receive a certain score and that your child's performance will not be used for tracking.   Additionally, the teacher your child works with will not necessarily be your child’s teacher next year.

We understand that many families are traveling or have other commitments on these days.   It is ok if you are not able to attend.   This is not mandatory.
