All medications must be picked up from the clinic by a parent or guardian no later than 12:00 pm on Friday, June 7, 2024.   Medications cannot be sent home with students.  If medications are not picked up prior to the last day of school, they will be disposed of by school personnel.

Please have all health treatment plans, medication administration forms, and brand-new, unopened medication for the upcoming 2024–2025 school year clinic completed by August 12, 2024.   Please refer to the school clinic website to obtain all treatment plans and forms.
